All orders are made to order, and are for final sale.
We work with handmade dresses and our orders are made to order, this does not allow us to accept cancellations or returns in general only in required cases and special cases.
You can cancel your order within the first 24 hours after placing the order.
If you have any problems with your order please contact us immediately, we can approve and authorize a return if applicable.
We accept returns for errors made by the seller: Color, size, incorrect item, incorrect order, etc… When the information sent by the customer is wrong due to: Color, Size, Measurements, etc… It will not apply for a return.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value, tariff charges, customs charges and any import fees generated by the return, and fees generated to the seller for imports outside of Canada.
If you have a problem with your order that meets acceptable damage, please contact us immediately and we can authorize a justified return.

Refunds will be made after receiving the merchandise in optimal conditions, with its seals and labels, without damage, not dirty, etc⦠The discount for the expenses incurred for the return and import will be applied to the amount of the order to be returned.
Ours products are very very delicate, and we take care of the well-being of our customers. (Even more in time of the Covid-19 pandemic)
Please, we invite you to validate very carefully sizes, colors, address, privacy policies and shipping information before proceeding with the purchase.
Our measurement table is only an estimate guide of the sizes, the buyer is responsible for taking or identifying your measurements with greater accuracy. The client is responsible for taking the appropriate measurements and sizes according to the contexture and size.
Remember, if you have a problem with your order that meets acceptable damage, please contact us immediately and we can authorize a justified return only in exceptional case.
The products on offer or personalized are for final sale, they do not have exceptional returns.
You have 3 days after receiving your order to request an acceptable return. The products must be intact, in their same condition and shipping packaging without any damage except for the reason of return.
The customer is responsible for all shipping costs for the return. When we receive the justifiable return, a refund will be issued to you.
